When we hear the word healing, we often think of fixing something that is broken. But this session isn’t about fixing; it’s about pausing. Healing meditation is the practice of stepping out of “doing” mode and melting into “being” mode. It creates a safe, quiet sanctuary for your mind and body to activate their own natural recovery systems.
When we experience stress, physical pain, or emotional burnout, our nervous system gets trapped in a constant “fight-or-flight” loop. Through intentional breathing, gentle visualization, and focused awareness, this meditation helps shift your body into its parasympathetic state—the space where your heart rate slows, inflammation drops, and true cellular renewal happens.

TRAINING IN SOURCE HEALING

This Training in Source Healing is a 2-year training program that is offered twice a year, starting in April and October.
This Training in Source Healing is a cohort program in which students move through the material at the same pace, interacting in online sessions. It is based on eastern and western spiritual, psychological and scientific traditions, esoteric principles, metaphysical information and discoveries in quantum healing.
This Training in Source Healing is designed for students who are beginners in the subject, so you do not need any previous knowledge or experience. The training program is also suitable for professionals already in practice, including healers, counsellors, psychotherapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers who wish to integrate specialised techniques into their existing practice.
All students start from Year 1 regardless of their previous knowledge or qualifications.
HOLY FIRE® III KARUNA REIKI® MASTER TEACHER TRAINING
This Master Class is open to my Gendai Reiki Level IV Master students only.
Karuna Reiki® which was the first expression of this class, was developed by William Lee Rand and other healers at the International Center for Reiki Training in the 90’s. The Holy Fire® aspect of this system was received 21 years later on January 23, 2014, and was added to both the Reiki Master and the Karuna Reiki® systems.
During this course you will be initiated into nine Symbols: eight Karuna Reiki® symbols and the Holy Fire® symbol, which is the new master symbol. You will be able to use the symbols in your Reiki sessions and teach the complete Holy Fire® III Online Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher Training, and Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki, I & II and Master, online and in person.
As well as learning the healing techniques and receive four ignitions, you will receive many powerful healing experiences.
This course is both a Practitioner and a Master class. After completing this Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki®, Master Teacher training, you will be eligible for membership of the International Center for Reiki Training.
