I offer ongoing support to all my Reiki students via a hybrid of virtual and face-to-face sessions. We believe that Reiki is best practiced within a community of practitioners who inspire and motivate one another. This network provides a protected environment where you can build self-esteem, overcome obstacles, and expand your healing abilities. These sessions are designed to help you confidently integrate Reiki into your daily life.
Introduction
Ongoing learning and practice is a proven way of ensuring that Reiki practitioners have all the support they need whilst working with clients. It offers a calm spacious atmosphere in which to reflect upon sessions with clients, issues around the work, organisational factors, on-going learning and self-care.
This program is part of an open, thoughtful, collaborative process of exploration, awareness and learning. It aims to provide Reiki practitioners with support and guidance which is specifically tailored to their needs at any given time.
By connecting to a network with like-minded people, each of us has the opportunity to identify our unique gifts and how to best use them in a way that enhances those of others.
What we do in each session
Each session is dedicated to expanding our consciousness by deepening our practice of Reiki techniques, guided meditations, and mindful movement. To further enrich our journey, I may also share curated videos or articles when inspired to provide additional insight and wisdom.

In-person Sessions: Please reach out in advance if you’d like to attend a session in person. For Reiki share events hosted by Priya and Patricia, please contact them directly to register.

Gendai Reiki Ho Training – Student Progression through each Level
Students looking to advance their Reiki training are encouraged to maintain a consistent practice and stay deeply engaged with the discipline. To support your growth, the Gendai Reiki Network also provides regular online sessions, offering additional opportunities for connection and learning.
Gendai Reiju
In Reiki, the process of opening your energetic pathway is called Attunement. While Western Reiki schools often use ‘Attunement’ or ‘Initiation,’ the original method created by Mikao Usui is known as Reiju.
The history of these techniques is a journey of evolution. The Attunements common in the West today largely stem from the methods of Chujiro Hayashi and Hawayo Takata. However, Gendai Reiju returns to the roots of the practice. It utilizes a highly effective method developed by Usui Sensei himself—a technique that became globally recognized following the 1999 Gendai Reiki workshop in Vancouver.
As a Gendai Reiki Master, I use these techniques to activate your internal Reiki and harmonize your energy with the universal vibration. To ensure students receive the full benefit of this lineage, Gendai Reiju is offered to everyone attending our in-person sessions.”
Gendai Reiki Ho
Reiki was originally established as “Usui Reiki Ryoho” (meaning “Usui Reiki Healing Method”) by Mikao Usui in 1922 as “the way to make mind and body healthy on the basis of the Universal Reiki“.
Gendai Reiki Ho is not a new Reiki system. It can be referred to as “original Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho in the Gendai Reiki style,” as it allows people in modern society to learn and practice the original Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho easily and comfortably.
Gendai Reiki Ho is a practical Reiki system meaning ‘a practical method for modern people‘. It has been recognised widely throughout Japan and the world. It is a simple and practical Reiki method that can be used on a daily basis to fully enjoy its benefits. Its goal is to heal the mind and body and improve spirituality.
