Perceiving an Attack

When you are feeling attacked, you’re feeling is your own attack on yourself. It actually can’t come from another person, but you can mirror their energy for yourself out of your own energy.

You have an understanding that things originate within you, but then linearly you think things are outside of you, therefore you perceive it as an attack or something that attaches itself to you because you understand it’s coming from you on one level, but you still perceive it as coming from outside yourself and therefore it translates in linear reality as an attack, an attachment.

It’s your own energy that you’re feeling because your belief system has made it seem plausible that you have to mirror the frequency of somebody projecting negative energy toward you. It’s all happening within you.

You can just decide this is not something that I want to tune into. Another person actually harm you directly. You can decide what your energy frequency actually is. Decide what you prefer. You go into that neutral state and you express compassion for someone involved in a negative state because they simply haven’t learned the tools that they need to be the whole person they could be.

Coming from compassion is what transforms the situation. You give them your love, which means you are giving yourself love, because ‘others’ are yourself pushed out.
