Intuitive guidance, however, is all about change.
It is energetic data ripe with the potential to influence the rest of the world.
To fear change but to crave intuitive clarity is like fearing the cold,
dark night while pouring water on the fire that lights your cave.
An insight the size of a mustard seed is powerful enough to bring down a mountain-sized illusion
that may be holding our lives together. Truth strikes without mercy.
We fear our intuitions because we fear the transformational power within our revelations.”

This energy work brings in high-frequency energies that are very powerful and effective as they come directly from Infinite Consciousness.
It is highly effective in removing dissonant energy in the physical body, aura and chakras, working to help release any blocks, healing and integrating other lives, re-aligning your subtle bodies, and providing insights and guidance. Sometimes we will explore your beliefs and attitudes to enable the transformative process to unfold and effectively move blocks in your energy consciousness system.
Integration of mind, body, and soul restores balance within the system, making true transformation and transmutation possible. This process promotes the consistent and unlocked flow of energy throughout the body, bringing the mind, body, and emotions into attunement with the soul.
This work will take place mostly in the unconscious parts of the mind while you remain in a state of calm and peace. The energies continue to work deeply into your system, recalibrating, reconfiguring and transforming it over the days following a session.

How to proceed
Before the session
- – Find some time for yourself. Sit in silence.
- – Write today’s keynote on a piece of paper.
- – Read today’ keynote for the first time, paying attention to the words.
- – Read today’ keynote a second time, letting go of your thinking/need to understand, underlying/highlighting the words that resonate with you.
- – You can be seated or lying on the bed/floor. Take your piece of paper and ask silently in your mind: “What is the message/are the messages for me in relation to this?”. Underneath the keynote write with your non-dominant hand what emerges.
- – Once finished, take the piece of paper and hold it with both hands against your chest. Close your eyes. Inhale through your crown, feet, both hands, piece of paper and chest. Exhale the same way but imagining that you are radiating light in all directions, harmonising your room, flat/house, city, country, the whole world, the universe.
- – Stay for as long as you fee guided.
- – Keep the piece of paper for the session.
During the session
- – Switch your mic and camera off.
- – Bring your piece of paper with you.
- – Find a comfortable spot where you will not be disturbed. You can be seated or lying on the bed/floor or change position during the session.
- – You can write on your piece of paper and also a diary/notebook in case you need to write more or draw.
- – In the first part of the session a say a few words about today’s keynote. You do not need to understand or pay much attention, just tune into the energy.
- – We may do an exercise, then followed by a guided meditation.
- – At some point I will stop talking and we will sit in silence, surrendering to the energy and will work directly with each participant.
- – At the end of the session I will say a few words, you can stay for as long as you feel guided to after the session.
After the session
- – Take some time to rest after the session. The energies continue to work deeply into your system, recalibrating, reconfiguring and transforming it over the days following a session.
- – You will receive an audio recording, listen to it if you feel that additional work is needed.
- – You can keep the piece of paper or discard it in whichever way you feel guided to do it.
