Past Life Regression
Past Life Regression Therapy is a method that helps clients resolve issues in their lives that have not been resolved using traditional therapeutic methods. According to Past Life Therapy, past lives deeply influence our current incarnation. Experiences from other lives can show up in this lifetime as physical symptoms, fears, phobias and harmful patterns.
Past Life Regression Therapy is an approach that provides a complete holistic and transpersonal system of healing by working on all energetic levels of the mind, body and soul. It is a process that allows unconscious memories of his/her soul’s past lives to surface for resolution in this lifetime. This work activates the integration and alignment of energies bringing deep transformation at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels than most other therapeutic approaches.
It appears the way a soul grows is to experience difficult situations and to master the associated emotions as if the Earth is a classroom for the soul. It goes through life lessons to master them over a number of past lives before proceeding on to the next lesson in a future life. The soul is perceived as being immortal and endowed with all the divine attributes of the Source.
Journey in Other Lives
In our linear reality, we see experience as past, present, and future. We imagine ourselves to have one life, or perhaps many, but only one at a time. The rational mind cannot understand how this works, since human understanding is sequential in space and time: there is a before, a now, and an after. But in reality, all is one, and the before, the now, and the after coincide in the one present moment.
In this work, you will be able to observe what, on another plane, can facilitate the dissolution of blocks that are not being recognised on this plane of consciousness.
In the Journey to Other Lives, we use the same tools, techniques used in Past Life Therapy. What changes is your awareness: you are not going backwards or forwards on a timeline. You are facilitating the emergence of what, in the here and now, prevents your awakening.

Journey in Other Lives is a holistic tool that can uncover and resolve events and patterns in other lives which somehow influence your behaviour, attitudes, relationships, phobias, addictions and virtually every aspect of your life.
The experiences of other lives reside in our consciousness and are often triggered by events in our life. Powerlessness in a relationship issue may be explained and transmuted by becoming aware of another life. A migraine or shoulder pain may be telling a story of an old wound or accident. A chronic sore throat may come from another life death involving choking or hanging. When these other lives events stop us from enjoying our lives, they can be resolved with Journey to Other Lives work.
The therapeutic value of Other Lives work is to go to the root of life symptoms and problems and eliminate residues and energy patterns from other lives. The energetic release resulting from conflict-resolution can lead to healing of unreasonable anger and resentment, fear and terror, sadness and loss, guilt and remorse, victimisation, undelivered communication, unfulfilled expectations, attitudes, and behaviours of other differences of all sorts.
Consequently, our life can be lived more fully and freely without the interference from the memories of other lives experiences contaminating and distorting present experience, achieving, and restoring prefect peace of body, mind, and spirit.
Many enjoy the experience purely from the point of curiosity. Certain other lives existences in particular can be pieced together with great detail, producing names, dates and places. Many of these details have been researched and authenticated, resulting in some fascinating literature on the subject.
Other lives work sometimes enables the conflicts from our life that have been distorting our mental, emotional, and physical well-being to be resolved.
An example is childhood trauma or a life-threatening situation. The symptoms may include panic attacks, emotional outbursts, blocked feelings, self-harm, numbness, unexplainable physical pain.
Journey to Other Lives works by going to the root of the problem and includes body therapy and inner child therapy to transform it in a way that is both safe and structured.
A combination of meditation, guided visualisation and hypnosis are used to help a client to access and experience other lives.
WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Hypnotherapy is becoming increasingly recognised in the medical world and all walks of life where it assists people to make the changes they want to make in their lives. Hypnotherapy is a skilled communication aimed at directing a person’s imagination in a way that helps elicit changes in some perceptions, sensations, feelings, thoughts, and behaviours.
However, it is not a magic wand approach, and it still requires work and commitment on your part.
Hypnotherapy utilises hypnosis, a state of altered consciousness in which you can access deeper levels of awareness to allow beneficial changes to take place. The difference between Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy is that hypnosis is the naturally occurring state you enter a few times per day. It is a slightly altered state of consciousness or focused relaxation.

Prior to coming for your hypnotherapy session, you will have been asked to complete an intake form about you, and the reason why you are coming for hypnotherapy.
We start off the session by talking about the questionnaire and doing an interview so that I can understand your situation more, and what you are looking to achieve from hypnotherapy.

WHAT TO EXPECT
You will be invited to rest comfortably on a couch and is gently guided through a breathing and relaxation exercise. As the trance deepens, guided imagery and thematic phrases are used to lead the person into a scene of another life event.
Many techniques besides guided imagery are used for connecting the mind to a previous event or past life event. Once embodied in another life, you may experience an identifiable figure, which you feel as another version of you on a myth-like journey in another lifetime. The other life personality will have a life history of its own, waiting to be unveiled by the process.
You will be guided through the other life story with simple, non-leading commands or questions such as “What are you aware of?” “What happens next?” or “On the count of three, go to the next significant event in this life.” In this way, you may uncover information about the context of the emotion at the source of challenge.
People’s experiences during a Journey to Other Lives session are different: clients believing people only have one life may view the other life phenomenon through the Jungian concept of the “collective unconscious” into which they have dipped, to access the vast collective memory of mankind. Or they may take the view the experience is a metaphor, but importantly it comes from their own subconscious mind, and metaphors are a powerful way of allowing people to heal themselves.
How Long Does a Session Last?
A first session will usually last 1.5-2 hours as we conduct an initial consultation in the opening session and do hypnotherapy.
Subsequent sessions are about 1 hour unless you are working with me for regression (usually 1.5 hours).
How many sessions will I need?
We usually work over a series of sessions. More simple issues can be helped in 3 sessions, while more complex issues might take more sessions.
We can discuss this in the initial consultation that you have.
What Sort of Things Can I Use Journey in Other Lives For?
There are all sorts of possibilities. Our unconscious mind is where we store our patterns and behaviours that we have learned, so we can use hypnotherapy to change old patterns and behaviours that are no longer need. Some examples are:
