Reiki Level 1
This two-day course will open you to the flow of Reiki, enabling you to use Reiki for self-healing and on friends and family.
  • Description of the course

    The practice of Reiki is an original method of healing developed by Mikao Usui in Japan early in the 20th century.
    Reiki is a natural healing energy that works on every level, not just the physical, and is understood to promote the body’s regenerative self-healing ability.

    Reiki treatment is non-invasive and is used holistically to restore balance in mind, body and spirit. This course for beginners is a combination of talks, discussion and experience; it integrates the Japanese style and the western style as introduced by Takata Sensei.

    It has been designed to empower Reiki students to develop through personal growth, self-development and reflection.
    You will receive a traditional and individual Reiki Level 1 attunement which will allow you to be opened and aligned to the Reiki energy and enable you to channel Reiki for life.

    Guided Learning of Reiki Level 1 is 16 hours of education and training under the Immediate Guidance and Supervision of a Reiki Master and Teacher.

    Day 1 (8 hours)

    • – The history of Reiki and the development of the Reiki styles practised

    • – Energy and Healing: foundations and guidelines for Energy Healing
    • – The Reiki Principles

    • – The Reiki Lineage to Usui Sensei
    • – Reiki attunements: what they are and how they were given by Usui, Hayashi and Takata
    • – The types of Reiki practice: hands on the body, hands neat the body, from a distance
    • – The complete hand placement system for self-healing
    • – The importance of the Practitioner using self-treatment
    • – An introduction to the Human Energy System: Aura, Chakra and Meridians
    • – Energy Work Essentials: Grounding, Psychic Protection and Energy Cleansing
    • – Reiki Level 1 attunement

     Day 2 (8 hours)

    • – The structure of a Reiki session: how to prepare yourself, the space, and the importance of explaining Reiki treatment to a recipient
    • – Japanese Reiki Techniques taught by Dr. Usui, inclusive of: Gassho meditation; Reiji-ho: to develop intuition and inner guidance, allowing you to know how and where to treat; Koki-ho: Using the breath to heal; Gyoshi-ho: sending Reiki with the eyes
    • – Kenyoku: Dry bathing, a method to purify your energy field
    • – Byosen Scan: Using the sensitivity in the hands to locate areas needing healing, (usually in the aura) and to treat them
    • – Hayashi Healing Guide
    • – How Hawayo Takata Practiced and Taught Reiki
    • – The twelve hand positions
    • – Introduction to anatomy for Reiki
    • – Giving Reiki to animals, plants, crystals, food and water

    At the end of this course, you will feel energy and understand how energy works, you will have a basic knowledge of the human energy field, the chakras, and you will be able to give treatments to yourself and to family and friends.

Reiki Level 2
This two-day course will significantly increase the student’s energy and will give them three Reiki Level 2 symbols
  • Description of the course

    Reiki Level 2 is known as the Practitioner Level and enables students to give professional treatments with confidence.
    It has been designed to further enhance and refine the student’s ability to work with Reiki. The Distance Healing symbol and Reiki techniques are invaluable tools for giving Reiki treatments to people when they are not physically present.

    Students receive a traditional and individual Reiki Level 2 attunement which will allow them to significantly increase their energy, receive three sacred Reiki Level 2 symbols and enhance their healing abilities.

    This course will support students in their personal and spiritual development through personal growth, self-healing and reflection.

    A Reiki Level 1 qualification is a pre-requisite to register for this course.

    Ideally, there should be a minimum of two to three months between learning Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2 to allow enough time to integrate higher energetic vibrations, and to gain more practical experience. However, in certain circumstances it may be possible to attend both courses in closer succession.

    Guided Learning of Reiki Level 2 is 16 hours of education and training under the Immediate Guidance and Supervision of a Reiki Master and Teacher.

    Day 1 (8 hours)

    • – Use of the Distance Healing symbol to send healing to past, present and future

    Day 2 (8 hours)

    • – The structure of a professional Reiki session: preparation, creating a safe space, building rapport, confidentiality, and the importance of explaining Reiki treatment to a client

    • – Using Distance Healing and hands-on healing at the same time
    • – Use of the Distant Healing symbol to heal the root of a problem
    • – Group practice integrating symbols in Reiki treatments
    • – Setting up a professional practice
    • – Guidelines for professional practice: keeping treatment records, insurance, choice of treatment space
    • – Elements of anatomy for Reiki
    • – Codes of Professional Practice

    • – Reiki Level 2 Certificate and Lineage

    At the end of this course, students will feel confident in giving Reiki treatments to a professional standard.

Reiki Master & Teacher Course
Upon completion of this three-day course, students will be qualified as Master Teachers with the ability to attune others into Reiki.
  • Description of the course

    Students must have taken Reiki Level 2 training at least 6 months prior to the class in order to qualify to take this course.

    The Master training combines both Master Practitioner and Master Teacher training into one three-day course. While this Reiki Master Training will allow anyone to pass the ability to channel Reiki on to others and to teach Reiki courses if one chooses, many students take this course for their own use or to use with family and friends.

    Being a Reiki Master is of course more than just three days of training, it is the work of a lifetime, rather than just the attainment of a title. The title of being a Reiki Master is more indicative of the fact that the student has now made a commitment to bring Reiki into the world and that they are ready to try and integrate Reiki into more (or all) aspects of their life.

    The joys of becoming a Reiki Master are many and students don’t necessarily have to teach for the Master training to be useful. The additional healing energy, symbols, techniques and knowledge will add value to your healing abilities.
    Self-treatments, using healing attunements, treating others in person, and at a distance will all be noticeably improved.

    One can pass Reiki onto friends and family and many take the Master training with just this in mind, however if you ever decide to formally teach, you will be able to do so.

    Students receive a traditional and individual Reiki Master attunement which will allow them to significantly increase their energy, receive four sacred Reiki Master symbols and enhance their healing abilities.

    This course will support students in their personal and spiritual development through personal growth, self-healing and reflection.
