Mastering the art of grounding & protecting your own energy is essential to any spiritual work. It keeps us centred, clear and safe from unhelpful energies.
Knowing how to protect and cleanse your energy is fundamental to our wellbeing, not just as aspiring healers, but as anyone who interacts with other people. Grounding and protecting our energy keeps us balanced, centred and ‘safe’ in our intuitive work, it also enables us to progress as healers. By establishing a firm and ‘safe’ foundation for our healing practice, we facilitate a stronger connection with higher energies.
Essentially, the techniques of grounding and protection help us to maintain a clear, stable energy field while also preventing the absorption of unwanted, unhelpful energies. It is an essential preparatory stage in any healing work, and something that we should all be practicing on a daily basis.

In this 4-week online course, you will learn:

We will be recording these classes. One of the unique aspects of the online courses is that they are highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share with the tutor and the group. Although sessions are recorded, students are encouraged to join live whenever possible.
