Every week you will explore your beliefs and attitudes enabling the transformative process to unfold, moving blocks in your energy consciousness system
This process brings in high-frequency energies that are very powerful and effective as they come directly from Infinite Consciousness. It is highly effective in removing dissonant energy in the physical body, aura and chakras, working to help release any blocks, healing and integrating other lives, re-aligning your subtle bodies, and providing insights and guidance.
It promotes the consistent and unlocked flow of energy throughout the body, bringing the mind, body, and emotions into attunement with the soul. This work will take place mostly in the unconscious parts of the mind while you remain in a state of calm and peace. The energies continue to work deeply into your system, recalibrating, reconfiguring and transforming it over the days following a session.

Preparation before the session
- – Find some time for yourself. Sit in silence.
- – Read Everything Is Within You (Neville Goddard)
- – Ask yourself the following question: “With respect to this issue, what is the fear, or the resistance, or the doubt that I feel most emerging in me even when I try to stifle it?”
- – Write down what emerges.
- – Magick Cauldron: Hold the paper against your chest with both hands. Close your eyes. Inhale through your crown (top of your head), feet, both hands, paper and your chest. Exhale imagining that you are radiating light in all directions.
- – Stay for as long as you are guided.
- – Keep the piece of paper for the session.
Important: it is not important that you understand the keynote/theme of the day, or you agree/disagree with what you read in the article. The important aspect of this work is that what you read creates an energetic resonance in your system, and fears and beliefs emerge as a result. You will be working with what emerges, so it is irrelevant what your conscious mind think of the post/article.
The Energy Experience
Note: you can attend the energy experience even if you did not get a change to prepare for the session (see above).
- – Switch off your mic and camera.
- – Find a comfortable spot where you will not be disturbed. You can be seated or lying on the bed/floor or change position during the session.
- – Magick Cauldron: Hold the paper against your chest with both hands. Close your eyes. Inhale through your crown (top of your head), feet, both hands, paper and your chest. Exhale imagining that you are radiating light in all directions.
- Problem emergence: you will identify the problem to transmute today.
- Alchemical Transmutation of the Opposites (TAO) Sphere: this is a channelled process, which involves an initial meditation followed by a number of affirmations, will help you clearing the problem’s energy from your system.
- Silence (10/15 minutes). Just relax as the energy works with you.
- – I will say a few words at the end of the session. Continue to relax after the session has finished for as long as you are guided.
After the session
- – Take some time to rest after the session. The energies continue to work deeply into your system, recalibrating, reconfiguring and transforming it over the days following a session.
