The holographic principle, a theory in quantum physics, proposes that everything in the universe, every star, plant, person, every atom, your consciousness, is encoded on a two-dimensional surface. Like a hologram, what we experience as a three dimensional world, is a projection.

What if you are not just an observer of this hologram, but a participant co-creating its every detail? What if reality, an infinite ocean of energy, constantly mirrors back to you your inner state of consciousness?

Quantum physicist Ervin Schröndinger proposed that the act of observation shapes reality. Your consciousness interacts with the hologram like as if you were standing in a dark room with a single flashlight: whatever you shine, the beam becomes visible, while everything else remains in shadow. Your beliefs, fears and desires act as the flashlight, illuminating certain aspects of reality, while leaving others unseen.

The hologram responds to focus intention. Reality is a vibration. Everything you see, touch or feel is energy vibrating at different frequencies. In this state, boundaries dissolve, and you feel a sense of oneness with all things.

The ancient Indian concept of Maya, the illusion that conceals ultimate reality; the Bhagavat Gita speaks of life as a veil obscuring the oneness of all things.

What we perceive are mere shadow of a higher reality. Consciousness is the one and only reality.

My role is to support you through a process of re-alignment, integration, and transformation. In this process, you become aware of the changes that are required to bring harmony and balance in your life. I offer to serve as a facilitator in your self-initiated process of healing and transformation. I am here as a committed listener, your mirror, your ally and sometimes a teacher in the process.

We may explore areas that influence your state of wellbeing, such as your life and health history, stressors, belief systems and attitudes, your family and childhood history, relationships, diet, exercise, dreams and longings. Everything you share is confidential. The techniques used in healing sessions balance, clear, and charge your energy system.

I do not medically diagnose or prescribe treatment. If you have a physical injury or disease, or have been prescribed medication by your GP, I ask that you also be in the care of a licensed medical professional. I do not advise you to discontinue any medical treatment you may be receiving.

My work is intended to be in harmony with any other healing work that you undertake and you are free to discuss our work with any other therapist or physician on your care team.

Reiki

Modern scientific studies have proved that everything in this Universe consists of vibrations. Such vibrations surround us and we all are vibrations. Reiki is one of the vibrations that fills the Universe.

From long ago, people have been aware of the higher form of vibration that heals illness and gives us peacefulness. It is called Reiki. Reiki is a gift from the Universe. It is known as the energy of love, harmony, and healing that is compatible with, and resonates with, our highly refined spirituality. Reiki Ho is to obtain a happier, healthier, and abundant life utilising such energy.

Reiki practice begins with a simple hand-placement treatment. Reiki will guide you to heighten your spirituality and energies so you will not resonate with negative energies such as worry, anger, anxiety, problems, and illness.

In the original Japanese Usui Reiki, it is considered that negative energy causes illness. A practitioner begins a Reiki session looking for negative energy and sends Reiki to eliminate it. Subsequently, the practitioner will use Reiki to enhance spirituality so you will not resonate with negative energy again. Furthermore, you will continue improving your vibration to achieve a peaceful and abundant life.

Gendai Reiki Ho has a goal to heal the mind and body and improve spirituality. Gendai Reiki Ho has been recognised widely throughout Japan and the world. It is a simple and practical Reiki method that can be used on a daily basis to fully enjoy its benefits. Gendai Reiki Ho is not a new Reiki system. It can also be referred to as “Usui Reiki Ryoho in the Gendai Reiki style,” as it allows people in modern society to practice the original Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho easily and comfortably.

 

Healing

The well-being of each individual depends on the vital energy/life force that flows within their bioenergetic system.

Under normal conditions, our energy is balanced and flows freely, giving us vitality and focus. However, when psychological and/or emotional interference occurs, the flow is altered or obstructed, compromising our state of balance, health, and well-being.

Energy treatments are a gentle, natural (and effective) practice for restoring the flow of energy within your system. There are no contraindications and no manipulation between giver and receiver: the Healer only sets the intention and open himself to universal energy.

 

Journey in Other Lives

Since All is One and everything is happening in the Eternal Now, there are no “Past Lives” just as there are no “Future Lives,” but there are Infinite Possibilities in the here and now, and each life influences the other in some way or another.

The rational mind cannot understand how this works, since human beings understanding is sequential in space and time: there you have a before, a now, and there is an after. But in Reality, the before, the now, and the after coincide in the One Present Moment.

So we cannot call it “past”: it is another experience. It is not “contemporary,” as it is usually understood in the human sense, but it is “instantaneous.” It is to observe a different from another plane a possibility that develops in a different time. But this earthly time is not before, it is not after: it just is.

Through this approach, you will be able to observe what, on another plane, can facilitate the dissolution of a block that is not being recognised on this plane of consciousness. What changes is your awareness: you are not going backwards, or forwards on a timeline, but you are facilitating the emergence of what, in the here and now, prevents your awakening.
