PREMISE
This is an extract of a channeling session with the True Self originally channeled in Italian and then translated into English.
The language used by the True Self is quite profound in nature, so the English translation may not be as accurate as the original message in Italian. However, as everything is energy and frequency, do not let your rational mind interfere with this process, simply receive what you are supposed to receive right now. The Language of Evidence
We are two-dimensional beings: a dense dimension – made of a physical, emotional and mental body – and a Subtle one.
The dense dimension creates through thought and emotions – words – and the actions that result.
The Subtle part creates through frequencies.
Everything comes from the Subtle dimension and manifests itself into matter to facilitate our manifestation. Everything is a communication for us.
However, in the reality we perceive – the messages of Life (the Subtle that each of us Is) are not understood, since they communicate with an unknown language: the language of Evidence.
Seeing with the eyes of the Soul
In this phase of human evolution it is no longer enough just to look: it is necessary to see. “Seeing” is what makes the difference: the difference that makes the difference.
But in order to “see” it is necessary to understand and remember that everything in this life is symbolic, everything must be seen in an analogical key through sensory Evidence, which is the representation of the inner energetic phenomena that manifest themselves externally to help us make choices that are consistent with Who We Authentically Are and with what we have chosen to experience in this life to evolve.
Everything that is picked up by our sense organs – events, situations, people, animals, things, what we think, what we feel, what we say, what we do, what we are told, what is done to us, what that we say and do to ourselves – comes from our Suble dimension (described in the previous paragraph) and manifests itself in the dense dimension. The meaning of everything that is perceived by our senses (events, situations, people, animals, ect.) is very different from the meaning we give to the event in cause – effect (I do this and a result, this happens). The language of Evidence gives us an indication of the choices we need to make in order to go towards the Joy we all look for.
And the more “what happens” impacts us, the more it affects us internally. Emotional involvement, in fact, attests that something affects us deeply: the more it touches us, the more it indicates that we are ready to go beyond the evolutionary phase we are going through.
As challenging as it may be, what happens to us is never against us: everything is for us, everything is an indication of the Way to access levels of Consciousness and awareness that give us fullness, joy, meaning, results.
Seeing with the eyes of the Soul: this is the difference that makes the difference.
My Knees Feel Cold And Hurt
My knees feel really cold and hurt. I have been experiencing these symthoms for some time now. What’s the message for me?

Look at this disorder as if you were to describe it in great detail to someone. So start from the knees and…
… the feeling of freezing in the knees even though they are very hot to the touch. So there is this contrast. And then this feeling of freezing spreads throughout the left and right thighs, but they are always very hot to the touch and sometimes the same sensation also spreads to the calve muscles.
How does this affect your walking?
In my walking I feel very tired, my legs are heavy and therefore I go slow and sometimes I don’t feel enough energy to do things that have to do with moving, moving around, even doing physical activity.

There is a… well, it has to do with moving forward seen from the perspective of my legs …
In the Path of Expansion there is no movement backwards…
Ok. So movement that is somewhat slowed down by this feeling of freezing in the knees and legs but in the meantime it is a feeling of warmth …
Observe: your knee enable you to take the next step: it bends, extends … bends, extends … The freezing sensation is the fear of taking the next step. In reality there is no freezing, there is no arrest but there is transformation because it is hot to the touch, therefore fire.
Now in this part of your Path you are living within yourself the fear of moving forward because you do not control the transformation that is taking place within you. So it’s as if you held back with respect to your new phase because by not recognizing yourself in the new, since you have no reference in your past experiences, you freeze in front of the next step, but in reality the transformation is underway and you have nothing to fear.
Therefore, for you to understand, everything you experience as a pathological symptomatology is in reality the message for you that you are moving towards the transformation of your new phase.

There is certainty within you, however, that you are ready and are one step away from spreading your wings in the new phase of transformation and transmutation. So let the inner fire melt the ice of fear.
